These are super cute, super comfortable, and I get compliments on them almost daily. They broke in within 5 minutes but I’ll need to buy a new pair a half size down–they stretched out enough that they’re floppy. My one complaint is that I wish the boot had more arch support and cushion and had some grip because I slip on the sidewalk in the rain but I realize that ropers aren’t meant for that so I’ll have a new sole put on.

Love, love, love all 3 of my Ariat boots! Totally comfortable right out of the box. I can wear them all day & I never tire of them. Stylish, beautiful & afforable! I have high arches & medium width feet at 57 years of age. The Fatbaby Heritage Dapper are a rich brown with beautiful turquoise stitching. I would strongly recommend them!

I normally wear a size 10 N in regular and dressy shoes, but I love sturdy boots. I have one foot with pins in my toes due to an injury and have suffered with plantar fasciitis in the past. Footwear has to fit just right for me or the PF will flair up. I tend to stick to heels 1 3/4″ or lower. In Ariat boots with a pointed, snip, or J toe I wear a 9. In Ariat Fatbabies and square toed boots, I need a 9.5. These are wonderfully comfortable right out of the box. The round toe box is roomier than most cowgirl boots. With the low stable heel, I can wear these all day – and I do! While I normally wear a narrow width in shoes, I can comfortably wear these B width boots with a pair of normal thickness socks.
The color is a rich dark chocolate brown and the turquoise stitching makes for a striking contrast. These are my new favorite everyday boots. I am hoping to see more colors in this style.

Bought these as my first ever pair of cowgirl boots, my husband warned me they would make my feet hurt for a bit until I got use to them but they were never uncomfortable. I love wearing them everywhere and they go with anything 🙂

I’m on my 4th or 5th pair of these. I use them for riding horses and use them around the farm. They don’t track in dirt and are safe in the stirrup because of the smooth soles. They weren’t designed as hiking boots as they lack heavy tread and are lighter weight for comfort in the saddle. They do very well on uneven dirt surfaces and offer all-day comfort and good looks. They are comfortable for long walks. That said, they are not designed for technical climbing, snow, or icy conditions. I use my waterproof ones with Stabilicers for icy long walks. I wish that Ariat would make the matching half-chaps again. The second generation of the half chaps were too tight around the ankle but the original ones would be hot sellers if you went back to that pattern again. I order 1/2 size down in this boot with medium weight socks as they stretch slightly and have plenty of length. The lacing holds your foot back in the shoe and the toe box is roomy enough for my bunions.

I have a very wide calf, even when my weight isn’t up I have big calves. When I’m swollen the are 17″ around and these boots in the wide calf even with my big ok legs leave me with all kinds of room just like I had bird legs or something. These are amazing and well above my expectations.

Never met a Fatbaby that i wouldnt wear. Comfort, tough, accomodates my high instep. Bought the black ones for dress boots, put them on when they arrived and like magic, got the usual call “come help me for just a minute”. Two hours later, cleaned the dirt off and they are back to being dress boots!!

Just received these to wear as dress boots, after slogging through mud, manure, and deep grass in my first pair. Tough, weather well, comfortable to wear 12 hours at the stockyard. This purchase makes my 4th pair. I wear Fatbaby boots and Birkenstock sandals year round.

Super comfortable, hiked 6.6 miles in Harpers Ferry on the trail and didn’t have any problems with sore feet and stayed dry. The trails above Harpers Ferry are pretty rocky and didn’t have any problems navigating them.
