I bought these boots to wear to work, I stand on concrete all day. They are very comfortable boots, I’ve owned several pairs of ariats, and love them all. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because of one flaw. I don’t know if it’s just a defect with the particular pair I bought or if all of them are this way, but my feet sweat completely through the boots. Mostly just in the widest part of my feet, on both sides of both boots to where it is visible from the outside. I don’t sweat more than your average guy and haven’t had this problem with my boots from Ariat in the past. It makes them look terrible, and I often get asked what stained my boots which makes for an odd conversation. Otherwise great boots.

This is my third pair of Ariats I have purchased with a “squeak” in the boot. In 2016 I purchased the nighthawk and within 3 weeks both the left and right boot developed a squeak. I sent them back and was sent another pair of nighthawks. Again after 1-2 weeks of use, the boots started to squeak every step I took. I again sent them back. I have done some research and think this is probably due to a loose shank in the mid sole of the boot. I waited the nighthawk style out until they were discontinued. After a year of waiting, the Ariat Venttek caught my eye and I thought I would give Ariat another try. I have owned this pair of boots for two weeks and they have developed a squeak in the left boot due to yet another loose shank. Every step I take, my left foot lets out a loud obnoxious squeak. However, my right boot doesn’t make a sound nor can I feel the loose shank. What dissapoints me is my 2013 tombstones I purchased from Ariat that have been resoled twice have never caused me a problem nor squeaked. I am currently in the process of sending the Quickdraw Ventteks back. I love the way Ariat boots fit and look but am not satisfied with the quality.

These boots are fantastic. I bought the Glazed bark/Sante Fe Sun color for my husband and he loves them. Very sharp looking and he says they are comfortable. Great purchase.

I bought the light colored boots P/N 10023213 and the delivered boots are a more brown than a light color. Also the top part of the toes do not have any texture, they are smooth.
