This may read as a paddock boot, but it has urban elegance and looks lovely with leggings and a tunic. My size 11 narrow-footed daughter likes these in a size 11. She sent the Kate Spade and the Doc Martins back. Yay, finally a black bootie that is the right fit for a hard to fit foot. We love Zappos!

Nice boot but I should have gotten the lace up version due to my super high arches. They are stretching out but I’m thinking about having my sister cram her 8.5 feet into these 6.5 to stretch them more!

My 2 daughters love these boots. They ar comfortable and stylish. Both of them have long narrow feet.

Generally comfortable and stylish. A little squeaky. I considered returning them but decided to stick with them.

I bought this style of boot when my old Heritage IV zip-ups were finally too thrashed to continue. I figured I’d give these a shot since they were so much less and look and feel nearly identical. At this point, I’ve had them for nearly a year and they still look brand new! They clean up well, are super comfy, and seem to be just as durable as every other pair of Ariat boots I’ve owned. Looking forward to years of good use out of these!

These are super boots. Our older daughter has passed them down to our younger one then onto a friend! They clean up well and maintain their shape.

Ariat does it again! I have yet to find anything negative to say about this company.
I purchased these boots for riding and they have held up very well in the rain and mud! Out of the box they fit like a glove; no breaking in required.
For those interested in the Heritage boot, I have tried both. The boots are very similar in look, feel, and comfort; however, I felt my foot sat better in the Scout.

I go to a camp for two weeks with tons of riding and barn work, and these boots were comfortable and lasted through the whole thing! Great buy

I love the fact that you just zipp them up and go
Very comfortable to wear all day fit perfectly.

Excellent boot. Seemed from reviews to run a bit large so I ordered a 6 (usually around 6.5) and they fit perfectly. Great for walking and standing. High on style and arch support 🙂

they are Ariat’s need I say more – the best paddock boots in fact the only paddock boots as far as I am concerned

Wow, these are good-looking boots. Unfortunately, they are too heavy for me. The leather, although a good quality, is too stiff for my aged feet. I enjoyed putting them on (they are comfortable) and strutting around the room a bit, though.

Straight out of the box, I wore these to work the next day… and while, of course, they started off a bit stiff in trying to bend my foot, after a few flights of stairs they managed to begin to break in. Usually I don’t wear boots “ALL” day, but this day I did, and thankfully, Ariat did not disappoint. I truly enjoy them quite a bit, and look forward to future purchases from them as well.

I love these boots! Very comfortable, warm, non-slip, and they look dressy enough to wear with slacks. These are my go-to boot. They are holding up very well, even though I wear them often.

These boots are the best shoes I’ve worn in years. I travel a lot and walk many miles in airports. I now travel exclusively in these boots and sometimes can get away with visiting customer sites in slacks/blouse and these boots. They have a dull finish which is sad but otherwise I live in these. I’ve had to buy a second pair since I also work on the farm with them and they get really dirty. They clean up fine but not enough to use the same pair for the office and farm. I wanted to higher shine so tried the Kendron Pro Paddock boot. I returned them because they were too tight at the ankle. These Scout boots are a perfect ankle fit. Would highly recommend.

I’ve bought these boots twice now in the past 15 years. They each lasted about 8 years with regular riding (3-4 days per week) and lots of wear and tear otherwise. They are lightweight and cool for the hot summers but still plenty supportive. I hope they never stop making them!

I bought a pair of these last month and they are comfortable. I love the zipper and have retired my old pull on boots that were a struggle to get on and off. I ride a lot and enjoy these for both riding and working around the stable. Thank you Ariat for the quality and the fair price.

Got these last month and have worn them to do chores and ride multiple times. Great for riding western or English. They break in quick and are nice and comfy. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect for my daughter. She loves them. Great ankle support. Flexible and durable.

I love these boots. The only complaint I would have is that the calf area is super small. So being a new boot, they are going to be super stiff and it is uncomfortable at first. Other than that, the material quality is great!

Bought them for my kiddo after the size 6 was way too tight. He wears a size 5.5 sneaker.

I didn’t have to break these in at ALL! So comfortable, you can just focus on your ride. Very impressed.

I am new to riding and wanted some good boots and these were exactly what I was looking for. I ordered a 10.5 and they fit perfectly not too tight or narrow.

Beautiful well made boots. I generally take a size 6 in athletic shoes but sometimes a 5.5 works better. This is one of those instances. Zappos recommended a size 6 but I had already tried that size locally and knew it was too long. The size 5.5 is perfect and not too narrow which was a concern as the ball of my foot is wider and many reviews talked about this boot being narrow.
The zip around the ankles is pretty tight but that doesn’t bother me. If you wanted to save some money you could get the kids version in a size 3 and replace the insoles with something thinner. The quality isn’t as good and it is looser on the ankle which I didn’t like but others may prefer.

I bout a pair for myself five months ago and they are still like new Even though I wear them constantly. We bought a pair for a friend recently too and they are working great. Correct sizing is important because if fitted well they fit to your foot like a glove.
