I am an office manager for a paper factory, so I am in and out of the factory floor several times per day. I looked for a great pair of safety clogs and had a really hard time finding any. A friend recommended Ariat and I am very happy overall with the shoes. They fit perfect, held up a long time, and are stylish!
I walk on cement floors most of 10 hrs. these shoes hurt my feet after about 6 hrs. do not recommend at all if you do not have a job sitting at a desk the one thing for sure they do look good but are awful for my feet.

I bought these for the stylish look compared to other steel toe shoes. The look nice, but are so uncomfortable. I work in a manufacturing plant and am on my feet all day. The steel toe portion makes my toes bleed. The shoes are very stiff; it feels like my feet are in a metal shoe. They’re pricey too. Not worth the money.
I love these shoes! I got them to replace my Klogs which I wore out. These look much more stylish and they were comfortable right away. I’ve had back surgery so I have to have a comfortable shoe and this filled the bill. I travel a lot and have to walk through airports and the composite toe allowed me to get through security without issues. I also work in huge government buildings and was able to walk without any problems on the larger sites. They work for office buildings and are durable enough for walking outside as well. I wear a 9 and they were true to size. I don’t have to stand a lot on my job so maybe they’re better for walking than standing.
Very cute. The shoe was a little looser than I would have preferred; however, I put in insoles to most of my shoes so it worked out. Wearing thicker socks would help as well.

I purchased 2 different pairs of Ariat steel toe, received both pairs in 4 days. I wore this pair first to work and they were awesome. No foot fatigue great comfort fit. Returning the other pair for a 1/2 size larger. Exchange and return program is great, will receive my exchange tomorrow and I’m just printing out my return label and their allowing me 14 days to return. Thank you Zappos. Very Satisfied Customer.

Comfortable shoe – didn’t take much to break in. The composite toe is a little narrower – and may go with a wide next time – but will be fine. Will buy again!
I had never seen a nicely-styled steel toe women’s work shoe before. I was impressed with the quality of the shoe. I read the reviews about how narrow Ariats tend to be, and the recommendations to go a half size up; I got a wide in my normal size instead and that fit perfectly. It does seem like it needs some breaking in. It does have a little bit of a heel which may be fine for some, but is a little too much for me given the uneven surfaces where I often need to work. However, I am considering getting a pair of these for my sister who needs a steel toe in a setting where uneven surfaces are not an issue, and different Ariat shoe without a steel toe for myself for when I’m not working in these conditions.
I am a flight attendant, so I’m on my feet all day. I completely wore the soles of the last ones out and bought the second pair. I used to be a complete Clark’s wearer until I decided that, since my Ariat ropers were so comfortable, I should also try the work shoes. Great shoes!!

Shoes are very nice looking on–they do not look clunky. As work shoes I am sure they fit the bill, but I found them very, very heavy and very stiff. Not comfortable out of the box.
My original pair lasted 10+ years. I live in the Pacific Northwest so rain is going to happen more than sunny days. Wearing my Ariats to work (construction industry, office staff) or at home, on a few acres, Ariats are my go to comfy, slip on & off shoe. It was a no brainer that I was going to have another pair when the old ones gave out. A co-worker suggested I try Zappos’s to find my favorite shoe. Find them I did and in my size, 6 wide, yay! Delivery was within days as promised. The fit, at first, is a bit tight, but I know in time the leather will soften and I will have the comfy shoe I love. It’s now been a few weeks and they are already feeling better. Happy girl here with my new, old friend, Ariats!
I am about to buy my third pair of these shoes in 12 years. These are my daily wear shoes in all conditions (New England weather) and they are AMAZING. I work a lot of trade shows and these get me through many many hours of standing and are comfortable for walking the floor. 10/10 would recommend.
My local shoe store told me that all Ariat clogs were discontinued by the manufacturer so I bought an equivalent pair of Danskos (which made my toes go numb after 10 mins). I was incredibly relieved to find the Ariat clogs here at Zappos so I’ll be returning those Danksos ASAP! Thanks, Zappos!
comfortable padded insole but bulky shoe
I have bought 2 pair of this version 10 yrs ago.. still wearing them both!!! They are my go to shoe at the end of a ride or all day in my boots(also Ariat!) still get comments from my riding buddies even tho they are getting pretty worn.. I tell them they’re the most comfortable shoe I own.. but you don’t make them anymore..would buy several more pair (and in darker color too) and could promote them if you would JUST MAKE THEM AGAIN!! They are a great go to shoe and have some style as well! Please consider it!! Love the soles too!
Very nice and comfortable shoes. Got them in brown and they look very pretty. I had no issues with the sizing. They also seemed to be extremely durable.
Great fit and look!
Perfect fit and look great! I hate the “Frankenstein” look of most safety shoes and am willing to give up a certain amount of comfort for a more attractive shoe but I did not give up comfort with this one. This shoe is as comfortable as any I have had and looks like a normal shoe! The size was what I normally wear (really surprised on this). Overall, very pleased with the purchase.
I was a little concerned before I bought these shoes, since I had heard bad stories about how uncomfortable “steel-toed” shoes are. I’m glad to say these shoes are not only comfortable, but also stylish and durable. I have had them for a week and wear them for over 9 hours everyday. This includes a minimum of one hour walking per day. I expect if I was on my feet for the full nine hours, my feet may be a little sore, but I think that’s what I would feel from any steel-toed shoes. Overall, I’m really satisfied with these and plan t buy them again in the future.
I have had a pair of these work shoes for a year. Very comfortable from the beginning, typical Ariat 🙂 lightweight compared to other safety toe workshoes, and look so good I can wear them on the street. Love them, getting another pair next werk.
I am very happy with this pair. I bought one last year and it did not feel like it was wide. This one is definitely wide; comfortable to the toes and a perfect fit for me.

I have worn the shoes for a week now, and they are comfortable and dependable. My problem is swelling feet, but that is not the shoes fault.
These fit pretty well. Composite toe shoes are inherently clunky. These actually look pretty good (considering!) with jeans or leggings. I walked many miles a day in my warehouse and love these. Comfort and look good. They fit true to size with plenty of toe box room.

I have them in black and got the same size but the brown ones are a size to big. How can I exchange them?
Maybe a little more padding for bottom of feet and toes
They fit great just right!
